1. How can we check the availability of the property?

2. What services are included?
Bed, bathroom and kitchen linen, water, gas for cooking, hot water, electricity, cots, final cleaning, cleaner (2 hours Tuesday and Thursday), pool cleaning service.
3. What time must we arrive at and leave the property?
Arrival is from 4pm to 9pm. The property must be vacated before 10am on Saturday morning.
4. Are there any extra costs to be paid upon arrival?
You must pay a cautionary deposit which will be restituted upon departure. Failure to pay means no access to the property.
5. How do I pay the caution? How is it restituted?
In cash. It will be restituted upon departure, less any costs for damage and extra.
Cancellation by rentor
In the event of cancellation before January, the full 30% of the deposit will be refunded. If the booking is cancelled after January, only the portion of the remaining time that is re-rented will be refunded. i.e. if a two week rental can only be filled for one week, only that one week will berefunded. Owners will provide proof of payment for the purpose of an insurance claim.

You must contact the person responsible for the property.

Yes, all the rooms are romantic, quiet and reserved.
10. Are sheets and towels provided?
Yes, linen for the bathrooms and the bedroom are provided (with weekly change).
11. Is there a television?
Yes, satellite TV, DVD player, VHS player.

There is a very large garden and a courtyard.

25. Do the bedrooms have cots for children?
Yes, we can supply cots for children up to 2 years old, free of charge. They must be requested when making the booking.
26. Which languages are spoken at the reception?
English, French, German and Spanish.
