Villa Castellare de’ Sernigi  is situated near Florence  in  Chianti area, the heart of Tuscany, about 1.5 km from the town of Tavarnelle Val di Pesa. Castellare de' Sernigi is a ancient restorated villa near Florence and Siena in a optimal position for visiting San Gimignano, Volterra  and also the many small medieval villages of real Tuscany.

The Chianti Villa rental is part of the one-thousand-year-old hamlet of Palazzuolo and is surrounded by a park full of olive trees, roses and Mediterranean herbs. It has a large swimming pool and courtyards which can be enjoyed in the fine weather.

By car

• To get to our Villa from the A1 Milan-Rome Highway, exit at “Firenze-Impruneta” and take the “Firenze-Siena” dual carriage-way towards Siena and exit at “Tavarnelle”.
• Turn left at the stop sign and follow the signs for “Tavarnelle”.
• After about 4 km you will come to a roundabout, turn right, following the signs for “Tavarnelle”.
• At the next roundabout, turn right towards “Noce”.
• After about 1.5 km turn left and follow the signs to our Villa Castellare de’ Sernigi.
• You can park right in front of Villa Castellare.
• Enzo and Annagloria, the owners, live in the stone house next to the Villa.
